What we process and why

If you contact us by email or telephone, we may process your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and any information you choose to provide.

  • Enquiries and pre-contractual communication: to respond, discuss a possible project and take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are the prospective contracting party.
  • Correspondence and legal protection: to organise communication, respond to business contacts and establish, exercise or defend claims — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Legal duties: where keeping or disclosing information is required by law — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing contact details is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to respond. The website does not include a contact form, account registration or newsletter.

03

Recipients and transfers

Data may be available only to service providers that support website hosting, email, IT security, professional advice or other operational needs, and to public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Providers act under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

If a selected provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on a mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, as applicable.

04

How long data is kept

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to respond and discuss the requested work. Relevant correspondence may then be retained until potential claims expire or for longer where tax, accounting or other law requires it. Security logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed to protect and operate the website, subject to the hosting provider’s settings.

05

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact us using the details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland. Further information is available at uodo.gov.pl.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website.

06

Technical data and changes

When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure may record limited technical data such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and security events. This supports reliable delivery and protection of the service.

This notice should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, forms or other data-handling features change. The current website code does not include analytics or advertising trackers.
